The RR Lyrae 2017 Conference

Block reservations from September, 17 to September, 21 have been made in the Boutique Hotel of the Niepolomice Castle and in Hotel Niepolomice. For PhD and MSc students, we offer accommodation in the guest houses of the Youth Astronomical Observatory in Niepolomice, free of charge. Hotels and guest houses are within a short walking distance from the venue. Please note that Niepolomice is a small city with limited hotel resources. We recommend to book the room in advance, before the registration deadline.

Hotel Niepołomice

SOLD OUT! Hotel Niepołomice is a cozy and elegant hotel located in the center of Niepołomice, just a few minutes walk from the conference venue. Address: ul. Tadeusza Kosciuszki 22.

Prices (for rough conversion: 1PLN≈0.25EUR):

The price includes breakfast, internet, parking and taxes. Booking conditions and cancelation policy according to hotel rules (which should be included in the reservation confirmation).

Guest Houses of the Youth Astronomical Observatory

For PhD and MSc students, we offer a convenient, shared accommodation in the Guest Houses of the Youth Astronomical Observatory, free of charge. Breakfast is not included, however. Houses are heated and equipped with a bathroom and kitchenette. There are five guest houses, we plan to accommodate max. 3-4 students in a house. Address: ul. M. Kopernika 2. Just 5 minute walk from the conference venue.

To reserve a house, mark the respective field in the MSc and PhD students menu of your registration form. If you want to share a room with a colleague, you can indicate it in the registartion form as well. Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Boutique Hotel of the Niepołomice Castle

SOLD OUT! The Boutique Hotel of the Niepołomice Castle is the only hotel in Poland that can be found in a Royal Castle. On the second floor of this Renaissance residence, there are 20 Castle rooms and 4 Royal Apartments. Each room has been dedicated to a patron saint - a Polish ruler that is in some way connected with the history of the Royal Castle.
