Deadlines, Registration Fees and Payment Methods

Registration is closed. If you want to participate in the conference, please contact the LOC. Late poster submission is still possible, please contact the LOC.

• Early registration (participant): 1150 PLN (≈290 EUR)
• Registration fee (participant): 1350 PLN (≈340 EUR)
• Reduced fee (students only): 800 PLN (≈200 EUR)
• Registration fee (accompanying person): 550 PLN (≈140 EUR)

Registration fee for participants includes: conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches (Mon-Thu), all social events (welcome reception, sightseeing of the Niepolomice Castle on Monday, sightseeing of the Wieliczka Salt Mine and Conference Dinner on Wednesday), copy of the proceedings.
Registration fee for accompanying person includes: all social events (lunches are not included).

On-line payment: Payment by credit card is possible. Please, follow this link. You will be redirected to https://www.pta.edu.pl/payment/rrl2017/. After submitting the short payment form, you will be directed to the Dotpay payment service. Note that you will also be charged a small additional fee (max. 30 PLN, i.e. ≈8 EUR) for online payment.

Cancellation policy. Cancellations on registration can be made only in writing, contact the LOC. Full refund, less bank charges, for cancellations made prior to May, 31. 50 per cent refund for cancellations made prior to June, 30. No refund after June, 30.
