Participation fee

Standard registration fee: 1050 PLN (~ 250 EUR) (deadline June 01, 2018)
Standard registration fee: 1050 PLN (~ 250 EUR) (deadline June 15, 2018)
Late registration fee: 1250 PLN (~300 EUR) (for payments after June 15. Deadline is July 20, 2018)

The registration fee must be paid in PLN (Polish złoty).

The fee includes all conference material, access to the venue, all coffee breaks and the guided tours on Wednesday afternoon.

Financial support for early-career researchers was decided by end-May, 2018.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of the registration has to be made in writing to the LOC.

Full refund (minus bank charges) can be made for cancellations received by June 22 (Friday).

50% refund (minus bank charges) can be made for cancellations received by July 20 (Friday).

No refund will be possible for cancellations after July 20.
