Code of conduct

We ask the help of all the participants to make this an enjoyable and harassment-free meeting for everyone.

We refer the participants to the IAU anti-harassment guidelines, to the EAS ethics statement, and to the Code of Conduct for ESO Workshops.

In particular, we stress the following quote from the EAS guidelines of good practice:

"conferences and meetings should be in places in which researchers are encouraged to have free discussions and a free exchange of ideas and scientific results. All attendees are expected to behave professionally and treat each other with respect for the duration of the meeting and in all activities related to it. Ideas and results must be respectfully discussed based solely on their scientific merits. Participants are advised to be mindful and respectful of cultural differences between the participants."
